APARTMENT SIZE 70 m²

Possibility to book a room (Agave) adjacent to the apartment (subject to availability), with independent entrance and equipped with 2 + 1 beds, private bathroom, large balcony and all comforts. In this way, the apartment would reach a maximum of 4 + 3 beds, with two bathrooms.

The entire unit is accessible to the disabled and is equipped with safety gates for children on the staircase area. The apartment is located on the first floor and you can access the second level of the loft either via an internal staircase or from another entrance on the second floor (via an external staircase or lift).

Pertaining to the loft there is a balcony overlooking the garden.

It is equipped with all the comforts:

air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen LED TV, safe, tiled floors and private bathroom with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
